    1. How do I wash my mask?

      Wash the mask by hand/gentle cycle in lukewarm water with regular soap.

    2. How often should you wash the mask?

      We recommend that the mask be washed after each use.

    3. Is the mask reusable?
      Yes, you can reuse the mask after washing it.

    4. Who is the mask intended for?

      The mask was designed for everyday people for everyday use. This is a sustainable alternative to the medical mask. This is not a medical mask.

    5. Does the mask have a filter?
       Our masks use 2 layers of cotton/denim in addition to a layer of pelon to structure the mask and provide an additional barrier of protection against droplets.
    6. Can I share masks?

      It is not recommended to share your mask (just like your toothbrush!)

    7. When will I receive my order?

      Our masks are made-to-order and we do our best to get them out to everyone as soon as possible. Quebec orders generally take between 2 and 7 business days to be created and delivered. Please note potential production delays as posted on the product page. Production delays can be up to 1 week on some products due to high demand😬

    8. Can I return the mask? No. All sales are final and non-refundable.
